Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms before arrivals and after departures.
- Make beds and replace used linens and towels.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, drinking water, and other guest amenities.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report damaged furniture, equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely.
- Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
- Respond politely to guest requests when required.
- Keep storage rooms organized and stocked with cleaning supplies.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets.
